Apex gym is an excellent gym with proper equipments. Both the owner and the trainers (both male and female) are very much knowledgeable and skilled about their business. Particularly the owner of the gym is an experienced person in this field and a very good person. Every operation is conducted under his active supervision. With their tailor-made fitness schedule and diet for myself, I have managed to shed my extra kilos successfully and now I have become a fitness freak who never want to skip her daily fitness schedule. The entire property is secured under continuous cctv surveillance. The overall experience is very much friendly and at home. I am extremely thankful to Apex gym for my satisfactory experience there.
Economical with almost all types of equipments. Just 400 rs monthly, unexpected in kolkata city. Moreover, the trainer is very Frank with gimmers and knowledgeable about all types of exercises. Just one drawback that's of size of gym premises. Size is little bit small. But it's ok as per cost.
