Apex Hospitals - General hospital in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I am writing to express my disappointment with the long wait times for MRI scans at Apex Hospital. I was the 7th person in line when I arrived at the hospital at 11am, and I did not get my scan until 5pm. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I was told to wait "a little while" when I first arrived. I understand that there may be some delays in the medical field, but I believe that 6 hours is excessive. I also noticed that several people who came after me were able to get their scans much sooner. I am concerned that these people may have been VIPs, as they did not have to wait as long as I did. I am totally disappointed with the way I was treated at Apex Hospital. I will not be returning to this hospital for any future medical needs

My brother was admitted in icu. And i was with him till full treatment. Must say the nursing staff is excellent and dedicated. Excellent service of staff and doctors. Extremely qualified doctors with human approach. All facilities for all treatments, tests, critical care and emergency are available. And doctors handle critical situations very well.

Everything is nice. Cleanliness, Food, Staff, Doctors. The only thing I faced is delay in blood test reports and X-Ray report. They will give you the X-ray flim within 15 min. but the reports take more than 5 hours. Doctor will see the flim and will give you medicine. Everything will be done. But when you go for the last step to the counter to upload medicines. They will not do it just because you're missing a single report of X-ray. Which is useless because Doctor has already seen the X-ray and given medicine. All you have to is wait n wait. They will also keep your ID Proof and hand over it to you when you will show them all the reports.

Worst hospital worst Dr Mr Kuldeep singh bcoz of his negligence my father passed away.Hospital after 4 days of ICU treatment discharged my father on basis of stable condition but other hospital upon diagnosis found acute kidney damage.Next day after discharge he passed away.Wont recommend this hospital to anyone.

Recently I vested to Apex hospital for the consultation with doctor where I want to take the benefit of RGHS also, where you can see that the line of RGHS patients, which were huge and at the counter there was only one person for billing. They were allowing only those persons in the premises who were wearing mask but staff themselves were roaming without masks. Premises is neat and hygienic. Parking issues are there.

This place is situated at malviya nagar jaipur at apex circle before balaji mode. This hospital is good for every tratment. This place is provides you bhamashah chirnjivi and aayushmaan all govt facilities are giving to best treatment. This hospital is costly. This place give you better facilities for every time.

Nurse and doctor's behavior is good. But the behavior of other staff is very bad, rest of those people are good or if you say so, the responsible people have forced them to behave like this. And this one star is for those people who have a little bit of humanity. No one comes here without talking, so we request you not to disturb the troubled person. Here humanity should be promoted more than educated talk.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Dr. Sunil Kumar Garg in the ENT department at Apex Hospital. My father sought medical care from him, but Dr. Garg treated him as if he were untouchable. He didn't allow my father to come into his room and instead made him sit on a peon chair outside. What's worse, Dr. Garg seemed disinterested in listening to my father's actual health concerns. Instead, he insisted on external tests that he referred, possibly for his own commissions. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to consider alternatives. If you don't want yourself or your loved ones to be treated poorly, look for a different healthcare provider who values patient well-being and respect. Dr. Sunil Kumar Garg's patient service left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
