I am giving one star for billing staff. My new born baby was admitted in NiCU and I had given my TPA insurance details to them but they were behaving very rudely and my insurance company asked them to submit some medical records on discharge day at 2 pm but they didn't respond them. Even they were not available on seat from 4 pm to 7 pm. I was searching them everywhere in hospital but I couldn't find them. Finally I paid the billed amount in cash from my pocket. Because of them I had to wait in hospital to get discharge my baby around 7 hours. Very worst experience.

I took my father Mr Amjad Ali to dr Nitin Agrawal because my father was having very severe chest pain and was facing breathing difficulty so he has done his investigations and than after counselling with my family he has done my father's angiography in which we saw that he had blockage in his heart for which he needs stent and his angioplasty was done with ayushman card . Today I m taking him home he is well good now .

That you should not add the charges if that is not done ... unnecessary charges trouble the common man ...if you taking evening visit consultancy charges ..then the doctor herself should come and see the patient not the staff only ,the stay in hospital was a little trouble some
