Dr. Usha Gupta has more than 27 years of experience in Govt. Institutions (AIIMS, UCMS-GTB Hospital, LHMC) and her own practice. Both specialists are available within the premises 24/7 to oversee the operations of the hospital and provide guidance as required for Diagnostic, Emergency, ICU, and all other services.

One of the best hospital in the vicinity. This hospital being on one of the main roads of Naraina that is Goswami Girdhari Lal Marg is most approachble by both road and Delhi Metro, station being only approx. 0.4 miles (750 metres) away. Hospital can be identified easily even in the traffic. It is a multi speciality hospital. Staff of this hospital is both helpful and knowledgeable. Doctors here are super knowledgeable and very gentle. Hospital is quite effectively managed. I would give extra 5 stars for cleanliness. It has both stairs and lift. All major banks like Kotak Mahindra Bank, InduaInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Corporation Bank, South Indian Bank and Yes Bank are near adjacent. You can find Giani's, 24x7 Store, Bikanerwala and Domino's nearby.

I came to visit the hospital at 20:53 pm on 8th june 22 and the reception and emergency was empty. There was no one to tend to the patient. When someone came in the reception he said non chalantly "ki emergency hai toe kisi aur hospital me chale jao" . Abysmal experience. Would never recommend

I'm happy with the COVID vaccination service offered here. Not too much of a crowd, but I recommend arriving early anyway. The staff were kind and helpful through the phone too, especially Dr. Gupta.

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Dr. GUPTA assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is amazing. Excellent help during covid by providing oxygen cylinder.

Went in on an emergency nobody was in the reception, no doctors were available to treat finally had to take the patient to another hospital nearby. Very unprofessional behaviour by the hospital administration, very irresponsible.

Very unprofessional, not fit to be a hospital. Staff is very rude and untrained. No proper facility. Advise not to use unless you want to die
