I visited to APEX hospital today itself, I was in fever.
The receptionist referred me to an emergency window than when the Heart rate, SPO2,Fever checks all done.
Doctor suggested me to go with Blood checkup.
Till now all going good.
Here comes the worst experience of mine with APEX.
Sampling staffs are outsiders maybe, They were not having even hand gloves in their hand neither they used sanitizer on my skin before putting needle and even they were not the experts to do the job, their hands was slithering.
Than one of compounder came forward to tale blood sample, when they inserted needle once it's failed and they taken out the needle than I saw my blood was dropping down to the floor means so horrible to see.
Worst experience with the APEX.
Dr Manish ji bothra very rudely and attitude person, very badly behaviour so I don't suggest go to Dr Manish bothra he also jealous other doctors.
Nursing staff is not active and rude also ..nd doctors making their long list bill there is no need of it .
Dr agrwal is good Doctor also nice behaviour and good knowledge.

Friend be very care full while doing treatment at Apex hospital Bikaner we have admitted our mother on 23 May 2023 but in six days hospital not able to find out what is problem to patient when ever we say our mother facing this problem they say we change the medicine they have done lot of text,X-ray,sonography but not find what is problem than we forced to sift our mother at aims Jodhpure where they immediately find the problem and start the treatment and most surprised Apex hospital Bikaner raised the bill of Aprox 55,000/- without doing properly treatment and also the charges is too much looking Bikaner city so friends be care full if you want save and got treatment of yours patients do not admit patients in Apex hospital my above review hospital reply to share contact detail but they not mention there contact number where i have to share this
