My mother was admitted to Apex Hospital under Dr. Jitendra Nisal's treatment & care. It was a very pleasant experience to say the least. Dr. Jitendra has been very thorough & detailed throughout the entire treatment, kind enough to explain the details & line of treatment. He made sure that not only the treatment but also the entire experience would be comfortable. Another reason for the pleasant stay at the hospital was the entire Apex Hospital team. Their admin team, pathology support team, billing- mediclaim team & team of nurses & caretakers were very professional & provided service with a smile. Doctors are good, Treatment is also good but they loot patients. High charges My father is admitted for 24 hrs & doctors charges are 4500/- for a day Total bill amount with medicines is 19100/- only for 24 hrs

The hospital needs special care in terms of structural proofing measures such as mosquito net to wash room windows .It was highlighted but no attention by the admin team .I billing pattern was painful ,i was admitted late night at 10 -10.30 pm but despite charged for full day rent and relevant charges ... The RMOs found supportive ..
