Nice gym, with good machines and facilities. They have options to get a trainer or also without a trainer. You can purchase monthly, daily or annual subscription if required. The equipments are brand new, I don't think they have a shower room thiloigh, never used that.

I really happy with my progress. I joined the gym in mid May and my weight was approximately 75kg along with few health issues. I took the package for professional trainer and was assigned Naveen who has more than 15 years of experience in personal training. I could see the results just after a month and my September starting I have lost 11kg in total and my health has also improved drastically. I would recommend the gym along with Naveen as a personal trainer who is very professional and experienced and understood what all exercises will be beneficial for me.

I have been visiting this gym from past 2 months . Friendly trainers and clean equipment's (except the fans) . I took personal training last month and can see motivating results.special thanks to my trainer Vikas for his dedication and professionalism. I got help from trainers even before my personal training plan. Always good vibes and positive environment.

I have joined this gym approx 1.5 months back, the gym is really nice with good equipments. I have been taking personal training from Naveen and he is guiding me really well. He has provided me with proper diet plan, which on following and I am seeing satisfying results. And gym training wise he is quite experienced and knowledgeable. Overall loved this place hence giving an 5 on 5 rating.

It's a very good gym with almost all the equipments. I took personal training from Mr Naveen, he is a very professional trainer who is very determined towards active and proper workout of his clients.

Joined in July Trainer: Vikas Opted for 3 months personal training. Trainer is so punctual and never misses. My experience until now is satisfying. Fitness machines are modern. Early morning hours (before 7) are not crowded, hence comfortable. Post 3 months of complete training would update the review

Hi , I joined for Personal training with special package(Scientific exercises) with PT as Mr Naveen Maheshwaram. He is very dedicated trainer that i ever met in this feild. He motivates to do exercises with different variations. His design of workouts has benefitted me to reduce 16 Kgs in 2 months. I have been a member here since a month and undoubtedly has been a very good experience .Gym is maintained well with all equipments . Definitely a positive atmosphere for work out. Special thanks to my personal trainer vikas for guiding me all the way through .Though it's been few weeks I have joined I can already see good results which motivates you to reach your fitness goal.He regularly follows up and makes sure you are comfortable with the diet and suggested workouts .Thank you so much for all your patience and continuous guidance.
