Work outs are really going great sir. Band baj jati hai but entire day I feel energetic and fresh. I used to think m very strong but after joining workout got to know that internally m weak. Excellent place for work out !! Sandeep sir and his team are very efficient and under their guidance workouts are always enjoyable !! Both Sandeep sir and Guru sir are very innovative and its their enthusiasm and energy that keeps motivating you to push beyond your limits yet not get overtired or worn out. I have been under Sandeep sir for more than a decade and never ever have felt to drag myself for work out, instead have developed love for fitness and that's why every morning workout has become a compulsory practice for me !! Having joined recently 2months ago I think my journey to fitness is started in the right direction with a knowledgable experienced trainer Sandeep Sir. The vibe of the studio, friendly environment and everyday different workouts are designed and posture correcting techniques while doing the exercise and making us push our limits everytime in coming a step closer to acheievening our goals. All the trainers are well experienced and post workout if any stiffness or pain is again treated by our very own inhouse specialist Sandeep sir. So overall 1 of the best studios have ever been and highly recommend for all.
