My mother was admitted in this hospital. Treatment and doctor behavior was very good. Management staffs are very professional. Overall our experience was very good.

Almost took my mother to death if timely we would have not taken out of this third class facility. There are rarely doctors found in this hospitals, no timely treatment, patients complain of closure of oxygen supply for almost 3 hours, no timely medicine provided, and most unhygenic place. Please home isolate yoour COVID patient but don't take them in this third class facility. 08.05.2021- I lost my mother due to this third class so called business place. I wish we had never taken her to this third class hospital. You guys gonna get a place in hell from all the departed souls.

This place is really good. Management has changed. Specially I would like to give thanks to manager. He is just a great person, his behaviour is to good. All staff's behaviour is very nice. My wife had a GB stone. After OT she is fine. I am very satisfied about their management.

All things are done under the table. Manager was doing the cpr.Only one junior doctor were there no work ethics neither a peoper set up for icu. Nurses wearning jewellery in the hospital. This is the place where the owner make his black money. I wish the pain I've gone through no other person wouldn't feel the same.

The worst hospital till date. No treatment will be provided to the patient neither they will provide water or food to the patient. Only money is what they all ask but no service. No doctors. Bloody cheaters and theft. Please do not take any of your loved ones over there any day. If you even ask discharge they ll turn off oxygen instantly if the patient is on support of it. I was lucky to get my dad out of the place but till then it was too late.

My father admitted in Apex clinic private Ltd on 25/07/22 with multiple skin ulcer. I heard from many people that service of this hospital is not good but now management is totally changed.My father condition was totally critical and most of the Dr.of other hospital said to me that there is no chance for his recovery and he could be died but when I reached this hospital and said to me that don't loose hope i will save your father and it is fact i got best treatment from Doctor, nursing staff, management as well as security staff. After getting best treatment in apex clinic my father now fully recovered .

This is a worst nursing home I have ever seen. Please don't admit your love ones. They don't provide any treatment. They ask only for money. The head Dr R K looks like 8 pass. This place is simply horrible. No arrangements, nor proper staff, neither proper Dr.. nothing is there. They only know how to declare a patient into a dead body. Since there is scarcity of bed in kolkata, still I will suggest not to admit your patient here.

Stay away from this hospital. My wife was admitted here due to Covid. They are charging 40,000 per day. And for ICU, 50,000 per day. They say that it is a "package". But, their treatment is not worth Rs 4000. They don't have waiting area for the patients and visitors. Facility is below standard. Even, government hospitals are better than this. No proper oxygen is provided to patients. They take Rs 80,000 as advance for admission. They charge Rs 14,000 for ambulance. They have only 3-4 doctors, and others doctors are brought from outside as consultant. At the time of discharge, no proper bill with proper break-up is provide, so, it becomes hard to apply for mediclaim. Stay away from this hospital.
