The Hospital is convenient for wheelchair bound patients, and has a clean environment. Quite affordable too i must say. The doctors and nurses were kind. However, the discharge process was too lengthy, it took them more than three hours just to print out release papers. Also I had to school a waiter to maintain hygiene while serving food to patients and attendants. Kitchen staff should be checked for hygiene on a regular basis by the management. Rest all fine

It is talk of the town. It has certainly created a buzz and is a new and vibrant addition to the healthcare hub of dibrugarh in upper assam. It is equipped with state of the art facility and a multispeciality in its truest sense. Well manned staff with clean environment which is the need of the hour. Hope it continues to run in the similar fasion to be distinguished as above all other hospitals in the vicinity and serve the purpose too.

Pharmacy: 2 star( nurses advised us to count every medicine properly as per the prescription as there were discrepancies earlier.) Nurses and hospital staff behaviour: 4 star Cleanliness: 4 star Canteen food: 2 star Worst experience: they didn't provide us the billing details. The management should know that the patient has the legal right to know every details about the medical treatment and the expenditure. Private hospitals cannot go against the government laws.

One of the worst Hospital staff are present here especially the Opthalmology department counter staff. Well about the hygiene i will give 5 star Doctors-01 Star. Doctors here doesn't care about the patient health..specially Nephrology dept. Nurse -4.5 star Billing counter-2.5star Pharmacy-2star worst service.very slow Parking-4.5 star Canteen-3star Reception-3star Well for normal check up u may visit . But if your patient is serious then please do not refer any pvt hospitals in Assam. This is not a fake account..Giving honest review please Apeksha u really need to update your quality of services.. Specially train your staff.. And treat every patient with same quality of services. Giving 2star for some of the best staff because of whom we regularly visited this hospital. 0 star for Doctor. It was 6 day 7 night stay during the whole process of femur (thigh bone) surgery of my mother after shifting from Sanjivanee, Jorhat. It was a good experience overall but can't say excellent. Treatment was fine and nursing was finer but the food from their canteen was pathetic with excessive price. The green tea garden surrounding the hospital makes the view from the cabins quite soothing which definitely helps healing by giving patients a natural touch. However they took so much time to complete the process of releasing a patient on discharge. Also at some points obviously there remains some scope where they could have certainly helped their patients a little bit to curb his/her bill amount significantly.

Simply worst, nothing more to say. In the name of Medical service provider they were just doing business. Their ICU services are worst. The most important thing is they were lack with empathy. My experience of 3 days 4th November23, 5am to 6th November, 11pm in this institution my Mother In Law feel lots of pain both physically and psychologically in the ICU set up of this institution. A good hospital. A number of departments are available including gynaecology. The radiology section is well equipped. Good response from the front desk staff. Neat and clean environment. Well maintained waiting arena. Cafeteria is available. Can do better with quicker delivery of reports which take a lot of time. A general sonography report in bigger cities is given immediately. The same takes atleast 2-3 hours at Apeksha. Hope the management takes notice.

Worst treatment. Prices are absurdly high. Their billing system is very worst. Last time they submit a bill amount of Rs. 97840.00 which includes Rs. 47850.00 false bill. Shame on your management system. Your management system has no humanity. They are not capable of doing a simple gall bladder operation.
