Even though I had some knowledge about the loan process, it's their responsibility to provide all the necessary information in a transparent way. The staff should treat customers better to avoid disappointments. Maintaining a good customer relationship is an essential part of sales, even if they don't prioritize it. Bad customer care and really bad experience... Try to choose another showroom... Very bad in customer handling

I'm not satisfied in there giving treatment. Because when I'm going to the customer lounge there fan not working & fan fully dust. And the secondone is there is a tv but not work. Only think is there is newspaper for reading Dear suzuki pls note this. "when you give the smile 99% customer will back to you" My vehicle service by yesterday in there service centre. I already said the customer care executive to clean it . But they not do that work . Please check below attached picture .

too bad. Sticking to people. When you go to pick up the cart, you will see their big ad saying that you will get a guaranteed gift of Rs.2445. I booked the avenies bike in September and today I took delivery of the .. But when I asked about the gift, I was told that only September bike will get this offer and this advertisement is still there on the big board inside and outside the service center.Why are people still being fooled by this advertisement? If they don't pay, why don't you remove the board from them?

Revised review after one year. 1. Good service till booking. Once the payment is done they will change their attitude entirely. 2. Poor customer service and I waited for number plate for 2 weeks even the vehicle arrived and the registration was over. 3. Poor service. Will not check properly. Even they will not clear the highlighted issues. For one issue I visited 2 times. 4. Vehicle battery got damaged after one year even if I maintained well and did all the services. 5. There is a missing since the vehicle delivery. Now I shifted to bangalore and consulted a better authorised service center, now they could find out the issues, but not from here. 6. There are somany issued associated with Fuel injection. Dust will go inside and vehicle will not start. Fed up with all thise things. I'll suggest not to buy from here. Please AWARE !!
