Very unprofessional service. Friday morning I took it for repair miss firing (malfunction light was continuously blinking). in the evening they said 99% issue has been fixed only 1 percentage issue still exists.(is he out of mind ?)I went there and started the car to my surprise nothing was fixed , had the same issue as before but the malfunction light stopped. I said I cannot take in the condition but he tried to convince me that you can even take a long drive. At last he said bring the car again on Monday they will fix it. I drove the car 2 km, the malfunction light started blinking again. I called him, he said to fix it wiring needs to be changed, for 48k is required. Monday, they said 2 ignition coils need to be changed and would cost 5k. I took it to Kannur Hyundai, they said only 1 coil needs to be changed.

Good customer service, staff behavior excellent. I purchased a new Hyundai venue from there.

The customer service is not so good but not bad at all in the sales department. However, when I got home after the delivery of the i 20 I had booked two years ago, the body of the car was covered in dust and scratches of rubbed with a cloth. After complaining to the service department and not accepting it, finally the sales manager took responsibility and polished the car at his own risk. The service department is absolutely pathetic. It took over two weeks to repair the front bumper alone. The first time the repaired part was delivered to me as a color mismatch. Despite complaining many times, it was not resolved except saying that it can be resolved. Finally, when i informed that i would move to the consumer court, they fixed it again after 5 days there. Same thing the second time. It was taken there for about 15 days. A completely unprofessional approach from the service department.

This is about the body shop. A few years back my car met with an accident. Its left front and rear doors had to be replaced and the quarter panel also had some dents. So I gave my car to the apco Hyundai showroom, kasaragod thinking they have a paint booth and painting will be without flaws. They gave me the car within a week. Later on blistering of paint started showing up on the rear door. By that time it was over six months after the work was carried out. They said painting has a six month warranty only. So I went to the deepam motors, manikoth to repaint the affected portion. After going there I realised the quarter panel also had the same issue. After doing the repaint work I went to deepam motors to take the delivery, the shop owner said the showroom has done the work in an unprofessional manner. They haven't dented the quarter panel fully, instead they fill the dents with more putty. As it was over six months I couldn't question the showroom. So it is better to do the bodywork from outside

This place is a scam. They charge you a lot more than MRP for every spare part. I was quoted 8,000 for fixing my door handle and rear trunk switch. They told the switch and handle is beyond repair. When I gave it outside, it got fixed in 250 rupees. The parts were working fine, they just had to be tightened. Please don't fall for their scams.
