Recently I have purchased a Honda Amaze, from the day one of enquiry till then the delivery of my car, support from Apco Honda members were really good. A special mention to Mr. Sathar Abdul (my sales executive), who helped me choose the best color and accessories. Also delivered my car exactly the day it was agreed. It is located nearby the main road so we can reach here easily. The showroom having nice customer service and availability of products. But in case of service even we booked before they're not gonna take your car for service in proper time. It's the only problem that I faced here. The service team is Fully functional and they'll deliver your car after good service so there is not problem in that.
Came here to service my WRV. Service was perfect and ease. Customer service executives were polite and informative. Have waiting lounge with television facility. Only negative felt is, it took almost one office day to a complete periodic checkup. Washing, the last step was the time consuming one.
I recently purchased honda amaze. It was our first vehicle at home, we were little cautious about our lack of experience, but the staff we contacted (nasar) was always available to answer any kind of queries and questions.they also delivered the vehicle on time with all accessories requested giving a reasonable discount. the staff members there were very warm and welcoming during the delivery. I hope the same warm relationship in the future as well. thanks!
Can somebody please respond for my call. I had booked Elevate in the month of Aug'23 (yet to deliver) and the Sales Manager who has booked the vehicle is already left your organisation. New SM, except for his first introduction is not even answering my call. Is there any problem in the Company ?

Last week I had taken a service from Apco Honda Malappuram branch. I am not satisfied with their paid services & they haven't provided a proper answer for my problems. I will not recommend Apco Honda Malappuram to anyone.
