Quite poor construction quality especially at this price. Pool service esp. the temperature controlled pool is not maintained properly. Every facility is a paid facility with the charges including coach facility but there is hardly anyone. Severe water issues. For 4 to 5 months , you will be dependent on tankers and the water quality from filtration units is very bad. There have been many complaints about the color of water but issue just doesn't get resolved. There are leakages and seepages in many flats across towers and the maintenance staff has no clue on how to rectify them. The management has too much interference in running of the flats. Location is the only good thing about this society but not worth the exorbitant prices charged her for rent or buying
Excellent gated community apartments to live for all families with children and specially senior citizens will enjoy living here. Well planned and developed andmaintained with so many facilities, well ventilated apartment blocks with lot of space , greenery ,fresh air away from city pollution and congestion.Wonderful place to live.
The Best Society in Hyderabad which has all the amenities. Right from a swimming pool, gym, squash, TT, badminton, fussball, supermarket, ATM. They have all facilities which are maintained in an excellent manner. Salute to the management! Keep it up!
Lived here for 2+ years. As the name suggests, the society is really Serene and very well maintained. Also quite vibrant with festivals etcetera celebrated with a lot of fervour! Overall a fantastic experience!
