Residential complex is excellent, spacious and having all facilities like Individual parking, visitors parking lots, Gym, Home theatre, guest rooms, ATM, Medical Shop, Super Market, Table Tennis, carrot room, swimming pool both for adults and children separately, clinic and saloon etc. The face roads and adjacent roads to this residential complex are very good. But. the outside approach roads to this area are very narrow and in bad shape. During peak hours, it will be very difficult for the inmates to drive through this area.
Serene, beautiful and well maintained. It had it's own drawbacks like people who walk their dogs defecate the roads, approach road had become very congested due to rapid constructing in the last five years.
One of the finest gated communities in Hyderabad. It is well maintained and beautifully designed. It has all modern amenities like swimming pool, outdoor tennis and swimming pool. It has good scenic and big garden along side lake. Which adds to beauty off this apartment. It is surrounded by local shopping markets in Chanda Nagar near Gandhi statue and modern shopping complexes. There are two upcoming inox and pvr within two km. It is almost 12 km from hitex towers and 7 km from Kukatpally. I am living from 2 and half years and I enjoyed my stay here. Few problems like it is 3 km inside from Mumbai and has only one route to go. High maintenance charges.
