Worst construction company now a days. Previously it was very good and bought flat by the brand name. Now it's of no use. Purchased flat with 1.5 CR and there are no switches to do false ceiling nor they allow to do keep extra switches. The conditions they keep for balcony is like it doesn't belong to you at all in anyway. It's like you need to take permission to enter in to your own balcony. You are not allowed to do anything except to keep one chair in balcony. I had a big argument with APMS team on this. That's my own space and paid for it and they don't allow you to keep garden or plants or PVC ceiling. Literally nothing. Even inside flat also you will not have enough electricial points. Every bedroom is designed with two switches one for fan and light. And no permission to do anything . Worst construction company. There are lot of top most builders who think from customer perspective and give facilities. But cyberscape is worst. Main point is this project is not managed by aparna. They given it to the people who went out of aparna and in to construction company as this area is hardly 6 acres not big project. Lot of issues going on side the project and lot of construction issues.project is still not handovered for which aparna has got good name.

My friend bought a flat in this project and I really liked the way this has evolved in last 2 year or so, connectivity is really good with less number of flats per acre and also there are many upcoming malls planned nearby and project is open from all four side makes it really worthy.

when you combine location, price and builder I would rate this as a good project. With the upcoming vertex project next to this, good appreciation is also expected. --> Graveyard is present next to the entry but it is not an active one, more over it belongs to one single family (which is not active). Technically speaking it is 200 meters way from the actual building, so that shouldn't be a big problem.

Excellent area Very comfortable to live. Very nesrer to LINGAMPALLI Railway station BHEL Centre NALLAGANDLA cross roads. Good society

Most of other bigger projects are shear wall hence high cost. So bigger flats compared to others with same price. The number of flats are not too many or not too few. A decent sized society. Aparna known for construction quality. Also the location is good and accessible. Only 2 demerits I see, again it depends on people. The graveyard near to it, not so active as far as I know. That also falls between vertex project and aparna entry road. Entry road is bit congested, but decent enough for entry plus exit 2 cars. The distance between towers could have been more, as the amenities are in one side not in the middle. Also the speed of delivery is pathetic now a days in all Aparna projects. Even management doesn't give clear picture when they will give.
