Apana Keshari Lodge - Lodge in Bhilai - Durg, India

Try to avoid this Hotel Apna Keshari lodge, We booked our stay, but when we reached, the ever rude hotel manager said that no room is available for check in, so we waited till 2 pm. Now again when we asked for check in he said he doesn't know anything and ask us to inwuire from the booking when we actually check in, after all this harassment we got our room by 9 o' clock in night, that's over 9 hours, So we think ok it's over now we can relax, on our non Ac deluxe room, but here is suprise too. The room is no where near to a decent ordinary room set aside deluxe one, basin doesn't work, no shower, no Western toilet, poor ventilation, Tv with disconnected cable connection, poor response from reception and above all a very bad smell. So as a friend I suggest all of you not to stay their, lot of option available in the town in the same price bracket with better room facilities /

One to the best launge in the area, a proper three star hotel. The rooms are very neat and tidy including the washroom, if you opt for A/C, you will get balcony, where you get a decent view of the area. Fans work perfectly fine and the room service is also great. You can definitely stay here for some time.

Location not good...and services not enough don't stay here if agar possible

If you are looking for budget rooms then this will be right choice. This property has restaurant serves food till 11.00 pm midnight, both veg and non veg food available with different kitchens for vegan. Ac rooms also available at affordable prices. hot water for bath is available with heater in each room. Rooms and bed sheets with towels are clean. Room service is ok. Location is bit crowded as it's near to industrial area. But overall good deal for those who search for budget hotels

rooms were super and comfortable so as their washroom. staffs are very good and are always ready to help. the restaurant they have also serves gud food, we had in room dining, must say one shldehave their spcl veg thali, its very tasty. overall the stay was gud and would recommend to my friends. cheers .

The rooms are below average but not very bad. The prices were cheap for me as I booked 2 NonAc rooms for ..Rs a day per room. And thankfully they had given one AC room (with AC obviously switched off) , the condition of this room was good enough for ..bucks. Another room which was non AC was not good at all even for ... There were cockroaches all around, the size of room was exactly equal to size of bed. We didn't try their food so can't comment on that. Now comes the very interesting part. Everything else was okay enough to rate them 3 stars but the unprofessional attitude the owner .. has is beyond the acceptable range and I have never seen such a greedy and unprofessional HEAD of a hotel ever in my experience. He didn't know how to talk to a client was extremely rude. All the other staff was not very professional but at least polite. I really don't understand how did he managed to run the hotel with this attitude so far. We asked the hot one day in advance that we will be reaching at 9:30, will this be okay. They didn't mention anything that there are additional charges for early check in. But when my parents reached there, this greedy man asked them to pay extra for early check in ( for just 2 hours). He didn't even given them any receipt for that amount and was even refusing to give when I insisted. Later on when I was extremely firm for the receipt he gave me that but didn't write anywhere that it is for early check in. I didn't find any politeness in his behaviour for entire my stay. I am never going to this hotel ever again and will also suggest everyone not to opt this. Instead take a look at hotels in Supela, they are good, polite and almost in similar prices. Rooms were comfortable and neat as well as clean, so as their washroom. Staffs are too helpful and are always ready to help. They have family restaurant as well, one shld try their spcl veg thali, its very yummy.overall it's a pleasant stay and would recommend to my friends as well.. Cheers!

near to railway station n market rooms are gd service is average. mr gupta owner of the property is a royal person. rooms are good.
