There are a total of 1.8 million square meters and 21,500 employees with monthly capacities of 2.3 million pairs. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SUPPLIED MATERIAL TO, PAYMENT PROCESS IS VERY IRREGULAR AND EMPLOYEES THERE DONT EVEN HAVE PROPER EDUCATION , THEY CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH PROPER AND CALL THEMSLEVES AS SUPERVISOR AND PURCHASE MANAGER, YOU TO HAVE BEG FOR YOUR OWN PAYMENT IN THIS COMPANY , AFTER GETTING MATERIAL THEY STOP ANSWERING YOUR CALLS WHEN YOU CALL THEM FOR PAYMENT EVEN THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT IS USELESS THERE.....

If your going for an interview based on ( Graduation & PG) ...please prepare yourself that your wasting one day in your life...worst interview process...they will wait you until the end of the day....at last they'll say "we will call you".....the fact is they'll never call you back...some of my friends waited 21 days for the name sake of 5 rounds of interview in this company, at last they don't proceed further . PLEASE GO WITH HIGH RECOMMENDATION TO THIS COMPANY (For U.G & P.G based jobs). This post might be helpful to you ...if your going for an interview.

Worst Company around this area. Nobody takes responsibility for the payment even if you have Purchase order with you. The worst company, we dealt in the past 24 years.

Such a stupid company ...... And the managers behaviour with the employees is not good very rude behaviour . People are treated as slaves . Managers itself don't have proper educational qualification . Everything is a junk there . People who leave in 1 or 2 years are the people with good knowledge and potential. They are not encouraged that's y they leave the company. This 2 star rating is for Apache not for Adidas.
