PEOPLE AT ANDHRA PRADESH TOURISM, VIJAYWADA ARE CHEATERS...THEY ORDERS FOR THE PEN DRIVE & THEY PROMISED TO PAY BILL AMOUNT IN 2 DAYS, & THEY TOLD TO SEND IT BY FLIGHT, EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING....MY MONEY STUCK BADLY

I booked for A/C SUITE in BERM Park Haritha in Vijayawada on line for TWO days stay with a Check in and check out 10 am and 9 am as per the Terms and conditions. When I reached on the 19th at 1435 hours, was told that one marriage party is OVER STAYING and my accommodation will be delayed. Was given my suite after a delay of 25 minutes. Its my worst experience, at 9 pm after returning to the room, we found that there was a big rat in the bedroom, with difficulty we were able to scare it out into the living room and closed the door of the bed room in the night. Room was also smelling of rats manifestation. Since it was late in the night and after having traveled 350 km by road we did not have the patience seek any other place for the night and decided to continue. Two TV's - were NOT WORKING, living room. Bed room was MOST HYGIENIC. No remote control was provided for the A/c in both the Rooms. Bed room A/c could not be started with any switch. The bathroom ventilator was not protected against mosquitoes with net, allowing the mosquitoes inside the bathroom. Restaurant service is pathetic with breakfast not ready even by 8 am. Menu for Complimentary Breakfast is very poor without any choice, where as against standard payment, you can be served all the items. Our stay was VERY BAD and we checked out the next day by 1130 hrs even though. This has taught me a good Lesson. NEVER EVER BOOK ACCOMMODATION IN AP TOURISM HARITHA HOTELS. They are not worth the money. The Government Department should not try to operate Hospitality Services when they are not capable of running them to very basic standards The next time on, WE WILL NOT APPROACH AP TOURISM FOR ANY SERVICES. HOPE THE DEPARTMENT WAKES UP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE !!!

Very bad and i never recommend any one to book any package here. Actually we booked for one day tirupati package and the food was very bad, made us to wait idle for 2 hours after break fast They left us and went for doing tonsure then while returning the bus got break down and they left us n some place which was full of dark and dint arrange any alternative bus or they dint care at all

I booked the tour for Araku valley thrugh official website on 14.10.2021 for 5 person with amount of 6960/-. This amount is deducted from my account but my booking was not confirmed. Now they are not responding on my mail and not refund my amount. This worhless services they provided to the touriest.
