Hygiene is not maintained in these rooms; rooms definitely requires an upgrade. I stayed here because I don't have any options nearby. The price I paid for my stay was 2K, and you get the complimentary breakfast, which is simple to moderate in taste and quality. Overall, if they upgrade at least the toiletries, one could at least think of recommending this place to fellow travellers; otherwise, a big no. And they do have the restaurant in place, quality of ingredient they use are in low quality; authorities must focus on improving quality of ingredients in place at first.

The rooms are huge nice and spacious. BUT The maintenance of the rooms is very poor....there is too much of power failure...no generator......no intercom..... difficult to connect at the reception or restaurant because of network issue...... bathroom door doesn't lock......water leaking from taps

Place is a bit old now....though we didn't stay only had lunch that was decent enough to find in the place where you might not find any good place to eat.

Very poorly maintained rooms. Seepage everywhere. Seepage around electrical switches was terrifying. Door does not get closed properly. Not so great view.

The government's working style will be seen again here, Rooms condition is very bad, If u want to eat a complimentary breakfast in your room that will be charged, if you want to free complimentary breakfast there are mosquitos that will be given company in restaurants. Overall I'm not satisfied, but the location was awesome , I hope the luxury hotel will be open soon.

The location is an important part as in that very area there are only 2 hotels, the bar is extremely inexpensive and the rooms are pretty clean .

Rooms should be Maintained Good... Food Ok but Too Costly

Costly one. Washrooms- ok Balcony-Ok Location- Perfect View of Sagar and dam- Average Food- Taste is awesome, but costly
