Only food's tatse better their. Check in and check out process is smooth. Room is too old and seems unclean. Washroom is also same. And extra money demand as staff is saying you can not stay two days in which amonut room is booked. Location is nearby metro. Its good.

Very 3rd class service from oyo customer care and oyo hotel . I was booked hotel with 779/- after see offer price on oyo apps. Payment also done with advance by bank. When i was reached to hotel hotel manager told me that to give more 350/- rupees extra to conform booking. They refused my booking. They denand 350/- more to conform booking. When i wad call to customer care they also cant help me. Customer care told me we cant give you refund money because hotel manager checked in process without my persmision without my proofe. Customer care also cant help me.. so i advices that this is very bad experience with oyo hotel booking. Never stay in oyo room.

the area was shady and the location given on map is different than the actual location. accessibility should be improved. i did not even stay at the place as my friend felt unsafe in the area. the Oyo customer care transferred us to a different Oyo and they did not even check with the hotel to see if a room was available or not.....i eventually did not stay in any Oyo as it was a very very bad experience. i was promised a cancellation of my booking. no refund received yet.

OYO price is not acceptable at hotel, i paid extra for room other than agreed with OYO online payment and breakfast was included but I have paid for breakfast too, Hotel management is non cooperative and arrogant, worst place to stay, condition of rooms are damaged and old very much unhygienic. Waste of money and above that over charged. OYO executive ask to pay online and than get the people fooled by telling later they can't do anything. You can shift to other hotel. Do not pay online first go to hotel and than decide. Hotel ambience need minute ratings

It's the worst hotel with service i had ever experienced in my entire life. Had to check out early due to unhygienic rooms. Said the hotel guys multiple times to clear the room but they didn't. Already,. Oyo had refused the checkin for the hotel booked by us and they shifted us to this hotel. this was hilarious. I cannot believe that some rooms can be so dirty and unhygienic and it's approved by OYO.

Location ok. Noisy area street though I can ear the traffic easily as well as the reception people chatting. The receptionist can't put a smile on but he's ok. The room needs a cleaning and the size is fair. Bathroom fine and clean. Bed comfortable. Cockroaches here and there. And I need to call and ask for hot water.

Great Service! Nice and kind hotel staff. Stay with my family which was comfortable in the midst of this chaotic hotel. Near rooms, bedsheets and clean bathroom. Thanks for hosting us well.

The hotel is asking for the extra charges at the time of check in. Also the interior is bad , washrooms are also dirty. Really not satisfy with the service. I recommend everyone pls don't stay in this hotel. In my whole life i never stay in that much bad hotel.
