1. Trainer of this gym is not that gym trainer who want only girl should get fit. 2. Within a week you started getting a feeling of strength. 3. The diet plan is very good, you don't have to change your entire diet and still get the result. 4. All the exercise you do is only for you, it is not like everybody doing the same thing. 5. the gym is not that big and that is the beauty. You never have to wait for a machine, or limited people. The trainer always stands behind you and he is very good at getting things done.

I have been in this fitness club for just over a month, this so far has been one of my great experiences in my health journey. The trainer is amazing, you get personally trained and are watched over.
