See i really want to join this joint but what i feel after the session is the trainer didnt ask me a single thing abt the workout or told me about the posture is right or wrong Which is quite disappointing and not expected from the ANYTIME FITNESS plus place is quite small they really should try to open a join in sector 25 or 12

Hands down, the best choice I've made is training at Duke's. The gym has all the equipment you need and the super friendly people make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
