Located on 7th Floor on AVS tower in Rajnagar Extension. It's the best in this area. The staff is very humble and polite. The trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable too. The gym is spacious enough. It has all the major machines. The plus point is the cleanliness, enough space to do different types of workout. The open area is like cherry on the cake. The reception staff and owner are very supportive too. They listen to the problem if any and provide you with the resolution. Then, there are good songs, lighting, ambience, clean and fresh space. The washrooms are really clean. Always open on all days. Though the crowd in the peak hours is too much but its manageable.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with my trainer Furkan ; His friendly and good-natured demeanor created a welcoming environment at the gym. As a beginner, I greatly appreciated his patient and thorough approach, taking the time to teach me everything from the basics. I'm genuinely satisfied with his service, and the primary reason I continue attending this gym is the invaluable guidance and support provided by my mr. Furkan trainer. Anyways gym environment is positive though

I love this gym and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and well-being. The gym is open 24/7, so you can work out whenever you want. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the membership fees are reasonable and affordable. But the best thing about this gym is Furkan, the trainer who works there. He is an amazing person and a fantastic coach. He has helped me achieve my fitness goals and more in just a few months. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He designs personalized training programs for me based on my needs, preferences, and progress. He motivates me to work hard, but also makes sure that I have fun and enjoy the workouts. He also gives me useful tips on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle.

The club is well maintained and hygienic. The trainer pays attention to you even if you are not a PT client, which is hard to find in any other brands. Their workout apps makes the workout very easy and convenient. Also, let's you learn a lot of different workout. Any complaints or suggestions made to them is heard and action is taken swiftly.

He makes the workout sessions easy and fun.His amazing training style is really motivating, plus the tips and the knowledgeable. This gym offers an amazing experience- from the equipments to the cleanliness and to the entire ambience of the gym, everything is top-notch. 5 star experience!

The gym is well equipped with equipments be it for Cardio or for weight training. You have cycles, Kettle Bells, Dumb Bells, TRX ropes etc.The trainers are more than helpful. Personal Training Sessions are available at extra cost. The classes are diverse and you can choose whatever you are comfortable with. Changing rooms, Showers and Lockers are available. The list of classes is endless from Yoga ,Bhangra,HIIT,Zumba, Dance and Dance Fitness. You do get the parking facility in the basement.You can also ask for a diet chart to compliment your work out sessions. You can expect clean and hygienic wash rooms and hot water. The trainers are very professional and all the trainers are certified trainers . When you join gym don't forget to get your BCA done (Body composition analysis) with no extra cost. The trainers would be helping you to get it done every month . I am happy that I have taken membership at this gym , I travel a lot and this facility of join one anytime and access other branches helped me a lot.
