This is the coolest and by far the best gym around. The equipments, cleanliness & hygiene, trainers and other supporting staff .. every thing is top notch. The trainers are technically sound and extremely supportive especially Mr SONTU He has great knowledge both about work outs as well as diet and nutrition..he always motivates and pushes you to achieve your workout goals. He designs the workout perfectly syncing with the goals you've for yourself. Fantastic human being. This gym deserves all the appreciation for giving a great environment to their members. They're really doing a good job. Keep it up guys

Very well equipped. All updated machinery and faculty is very well trained and knowledgeable. Priyanka Paul my current PT has complete knowledge of fitness and strives to work hard with the clients to achieve the goals. Very well satisfied. Thank you Priyanka for training me.

It's a very well organised fitness club in Kolkata. Well ergonomically design machines are available, specious area, very clean and with classy surrounding. Definitely go for it

The most transactional and useless gym I have ever visited. They charge you for a hell lot of things at the onset, but fail to deliver them. No guidance is provided, not even a basic chart is handed out, unless PT is taken separately, which I did for three months but was not satisfied at all. I have been a regular for years, and the need to join a new gym came with my relocation post marriage - they make you do the same exercise everyday, with zero scientific knowledge! Also, the trainers are simply sitting to chitchat and workout themselves. I paid for a year and discontinued after 3 months because of how terribly bad the gym environment is!

This is the place to be to get fit !! All the trainers as well are super helpful !! I personally am getting trained by sontu sir and it's been amazing !! He correctly looks at your body composition and takes it from there !! The sheer convenience is also an added bonus of 24x7 timings

Good gym for advance level trainees, not at all good for beginners or intermediates. So if you are a beginner and want some guidance or support while working out, go for any cheaper alternatives. Trainers don't provide any guidance or support unless you avail personal training which costs extra 10k/month. Before joining, they will promise you so many things but once you join, they will keep selling you personal training packages as if the joining fees isn't a lot!. Most of the time the trainers are standing idle but still they won't help.Apart from that, amenities are top class, staffs are cordial.
