Anytime Fitness - Gym in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

FRAUD ALERT! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - This gym does not offer any benefits of Anytime Fitness and is a sham. They make false promises at the time of sale just to get money and after that they SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!! Most pathetic and unprofessional staff. They took money in July and then the gym opening kept on getting delayed and there was no communication from their end. We were promised a refund in early August (when the gym was still under construction) once the gym starts operating. After the gym has opened, there has been no communication from them till date after taking hefty amount from us and now they refuse to provide us with refund and instead want us to 'avail complimentary services'. Everytime you have to talk to a different staff member and explain them the whole story (don't know why there staff keeps on leaving every now and then). Krishna doesn't even know how to speak to customers - he termed responding to my complaint as 'calling for service'. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM AND DON'T EVEN THINK OF JOINING THIS GYM. Volume gym is far better than this one and they actually provide you the services they promise. I am still struggling to get my money back as I have been told that a 'verbal promise' made by a former staff does not have any value.

Fantastic gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a motivating atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. Clean and well-maintained facilities, making workouts a breeze. The variety of classes offered keeps things interesting and helps target different fitness goals. Overall, a top-notch gym for anyone seeking an effective and enjoyable fitness experience.

I have started going to this gym since almost one week now and I have enjoyed my experience here because of the staff especially Ms Shalini who has always been very kind to me. I appreciate her work and she is very sweet and polite :) THIS GYM IS A GREAT PLACE FOR ME TO WORKOUT BECAUSE IT HAS GOOD SPACE, VERY HYGENIC AND GOOD EQUIPMENTS.

Do not ever think to join Anytime Fitness. They will call you everyday when you are a potential customer. Once you are there customer they will treat you like they don't care. Gym is closed for more than 2 months and they are not responding to your calls and emails.

DO NOT JOIN THIS BRANCH OF ANYTIME. They have closed the gym on 10th June 2023 by saying gym is re-shifting to a new location and will open after 20 days. Today is 2nd Aug and gym is still closed. I have escalated this to anytime india team and yet no response from them.

This Center Vibes is Too Goods. All staff member and member too nice and quit. There is no any society noise.

Horrible experience. They said they are renovating and will open in 20 days but it has been 2 months and still no end in sight They have basically just taken money and have stopped responding. Typical Delhi attitude to loot people and not care about any clients. Absolutely pathetic.

-Polite & supportive trainers. -Almost clean gym area, but dirty and no water in bathroom, no any chance for shower. -Only 1 changing room, need to wait. -Need to add 1 more flat/foldable bench and 90 degree upright shoulder press, i have waited 15 mins for such tools. -It has already been week, no any interest in repairing weight machine. -i had paid 1 month trial, but today was mine last date, looking for next gym nearby area. If any other branches of AF good, please suggest??? Or any other gym??? Please, i just suggested/commented all for improvement, hope to hear changes soon, will come back to your gym soon.
