Anwar foods is located on Jama Masjid Road almost directly opposite to Jama Masjid gate no. 1, hardly 10 steps away. Anwar food corner is slightly different restaurants in comparison to the ones around, it not only serves the standard Mughlai but they also do a bit of fusion with other genre as they have Indianized version of Chinese food as well. They have a decent seating arrangement inside the restaurant therefore it's a decent option to dine & takeaway both.
Anwar Food corner is a good food point. I tried their Afghani Chicken tikka. I will recommend you to visit this place.

We had Korma which was delicious but mutton was not good !!
We had ordered for Afghani Chicken & to my surprise we were served "BLOODY CHICKEN''.......My daughter have opened up the first piece of chicken & discover it is red inside. When we have complained abt the same, they did not bothered at all as it seemed like it was pretty common." Then we have complained abt the same to the owner of the restaurant & he too took it very casually & said that you will find that much blood in the piece of chicken in any restaurant & have denied to replace the same............Also starting abusive language which is not acceptable to any customer. I didn't say anything as I was with my daughter. I recommend everyone not to visit Anwar Food Corner at least with your family as the owner is illiterate & ready to fight if you have complained of anything. I will complain to the local health department too about the same so anybody will not face the same issue in future.
Good Food but services are somewhat slow, near to jama masjid metro station at walkable distance towards chandni chowk.
Most worest experiance ever at any shop like this.. Glasses,plates tabels all was dirty... Pls dont go thr to hv any food..
Best food around the jama masjid area. Tandoori and butter chicken are the must haves.
