Anutri Hill Resort - Hotel in Ghoom, Darjeeling - Darjeeling, India

Amazingggg view, spectacular rooms and loved every bit of the serene that it offered us.. such a peaceful location! Must say they have chosen the best location possible.. amazing interior, spacious rooms and offered decent service. Just want to deduct few points for the kitchen staff.. ordered for food after 8:00 pm after we ordered our dinner that never got delivered. Otherwise great experience! They also upgrade your rooms upon request as per availability:)

I had a delightful stay at Anutri Hotel. The location is exceptional, right next to Batasia Loop, providing a direct view of Kanchangangha from the room window. The availability of hot water and complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a thoughtful touch. The parking facility was a definite advantage, especially in Darjeeling where finding parking can be tricky. The professionalism of the hotel staff and housekeepers was commendable and contributed to a positive experience. The restaurant's service and food were of good quality, though there were some minor issues during dinner service that I hope they address in the future. Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5.

We have stayed in Aug'23 with my family, weather was unpredictable, full of clouds and rain, but it was really beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean and service are appreciated. Staffs are polite and supportive specially thanks to Mrityunjoy, Akansh and Lawrence for their good hospitality. Quality and taste of food is also good. Resort is situated above Darjeeling town with excellent view points only disadvantage is it is approx 5 km from the market place. Marketing mgr takes the daily feedback of our stay . They had arranged a vehicle as per our requirements. Kids enjoyed their stay as they had Swing inside and outside.

It was really a great weekend with my families, the view of Kanchenjunga from our rooms were fascinating, the staff were very cordial and helpful, the quality of food was great, overall we enjoyed our stay at Anutri.

Hi, I'm feeling very excited to Share my review over my stay in Anutri. I'll start with the scenic view from hotel, omg... at the second day of our stay, all the peaks of Kangchenjunga were clearly visible. Room service and supporting staf was very amazing, they served us within few seconds of our request. Service were really lightning fast. How can I forget to appreciate staff of Restorent Batasia. Food was yum and completely customised, they prepared our dinner as per our choice and preferences. Overall our experience was quite memorable. I would mention Mr. Sazhal, Mr. Lawrence, Mr. Sudeep, Mr. Samir, Mr. Ahan and Mr. Yatin for there amazing hospitality and unforgettable experience :)

I spent 3 days at this hotel, which has a lovely view of the Batasia Loop. Since it was the monsoon, the skies weren't clear and couldn't catch the view of Kanchenjungha. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and always willing to help. I stayed in the mountain view room, which had a good view but since there is no air-conditioner or exhaust in the room, it felt very humid inside the room. After the housekeeping staff wiped the floor during the day, the floor wouldn't dry for a long time. This happens only during the monsoons probably, but this is something that the hotel can work upon as an improvement.

I had been there for 2 nights last April for our company meeting. The rooms initially provided us was at front side not to the view (Batasia Loop) side. Then we (me and my colleague) requested the manager (forgot the name) to shift our room to the view side which he really did within 10 mins. The view from our hotel room was superb , awesome. The rooms are very cosy and spacious, services are good. Overall, I give this property 90/100 and 100/100 if I tell you the view from rooms. Staffs are very polite and well behaved. I recommend this place to one of my friend who is visiting to Darjeeling this July 21st and I myself, will definitely stay here only when I visit to Darjeeling along with my family in Jan 24. First things first. The location was simply, spectacular. Its close to many different attractions so it was easy to quickly visit the places and then come back. The room service was pretty good considering our rooms were cleaned off almost instantly. And were pretty much spotless. All the basics like staff behaviour, the lobby cleanliness etc were all decent. The food, its just.. soo well prepared and paired with the good amount of experience the staff has, it can be considered as the second best part about here. There is nothing troubling except the intercoms, they didnt really work when we wanted to order some snacks to the room. But it was okay. The staff was right there in the restaurant ready to get our request done. Overall, an amazing experience. Would love to recommend this to my friends once i reach back home.
