Went there for a very small repair for a neck piece. They charged the most minimal charge possible and the staff was super courteous. The place seems nice and the collections was not that bad either. Felt since they do not do too much advertisements people do not visit here. But the whole shop and its staff seemed nice to me. Overall had a good experience here. And we ended up purchasing as well after the repair. There is parking area in the front as well FYI

They are big scammers. We joined for a gold purchase scheme and were paying up to 13 months. After that we couldn't continue. It was started in 2016 and we stopped in 2018. Today 4th Jan 2020 we went there to get the gold that we paid for, they just totalled the amount and gave gold for today's price! What was the purpose of this plan, they just kept the customers/our money with them and they just got the benefit of that! What a nice deal! They refused the customers benefits in the name of terms and conditions! We should have put the money in bank account to get at least interest rather than wasting our money with this scammers. This jewellery is not recommended to anyone.

Giving one star as we did not have option to give a zero star. Very poor customer service. We had a very unfortunate experience where our car tyre went flat after parking in their parking lot at MG Road Ernakulam. The staff was not at all helpful, despite of helping us, the staff remained inside and was peeping through their glass door when we were trying to fix the tyre, even though the incident happened in their parking lot. . The staff from the next door jewelers (Malabar jewelers) came offering help whereas Anupama Jewelers staff remained inside and even the security was not at all mindful of what happened ( whereas he asked us to take the car out of their premises which was very rude) . All 5 stars are for Malabar Jewelers staff who was very considerate even offering water to wash hands once we were done . Anupama jewelers staff needs to learn from others on how to treat their customers. Very poor unsatisfying experience.

Very quiet place and hardly any business happening. Stiff competition from the big players like Alukkas, Alappatt, Josco etc. Matbe that's why their sales is low. Convenient to park outside. They're not keen on buying probably because of the current price of gold.

Good collections available and good customer relations too... yet not crowded or popular among buyers dont know why...recommended

Best place to look for small gold options. Even for custom made jewelry they are really nice.
