This is one such moment we hope if there is negative rating possible in maps . Their service is as pathetic deserves no star rating . We recently did a blouse stitching there . Finishing was tight and we had to manually alter it ourselves to wear . This place is so expensive for the quality ( no quality ) . I should have checked the rating before placing an order at this place . Mistake is ours . Staffs are unwelcoming and poor customer service . Better try some other place

No matter where you give your designing works in kollam, never ever opt for this place. They literally ruin it and even try to gaslight you saying this is how it is done. The worst experience ever.

We had given our engagement dress for stitching and designing in this boutique. We had also given a 2 same model photos for stitching and designing but they ruined it. They designed the blouse according to their convenience. When we enquired about it they said that the material that we gave was not enough for stitching. ( but it is their responsiblity to inform us or ask more material). They had also cost too much for that. After stitching and designing the shawl and blouse doesnot match at all and at last moment we went for another type of shawl which matches the dress. Really disappointed Worst boutique Some of the staffs in the boutique were very rude and arrogant they don't know how to behave to a customer. Even if they make the mistakes, they are blaming the customers instead of accepting their mistake. Very bad experience

I bought a lacha material from here and had it stitched here itself. It costs me approx Rs.7000. It's quite sad to say the material was so cheap that it got scrunched up and faded after just a dip in water. I had worn it only once. It should be noted that the staff there had pressured me into buying this cheap thing and also I haven't used soap or anything while washing it. I approached the shop for an explanation. They had the audacity to tell that they don't guarantee any of their materials and it's our risk. Also the staff are quite rude and arrogant. In short it's a waste place and waste of money also. Don't trust them.

The worst stitching centre I have ever seen. They are not serious about the customer satisfaction. Spoiled my churidar material as well as blouse materials which is worth of total Rs.7000/- and the staffs are cool enough to reply "it's ok mam, you can bring it and we will repair". Who will pay for the running cost up and down just for their mistakes. Can't even give one star for their service. Pathetic,

WOW!!! I designed my bridal lehenga from here and it was simply amazing. The details, colour, designs where all upto what i had expected and more. I should really thank oam and Lekshmi for their understanding and enthusiastic work....will recommend them for any bride out there to achieve their dream dress.

I got a good experience from Anupama Boutique. The stitching,designing and customer care was excellent.Thank you somuch for all team to make my blouse beautiful and working so hard to make it fit me perfectly.I would like to say special thanks to the designer Mr Oam for his good customer service.

One of the worst stitching centre. Staffs are every rude and not at all customer friendly eventhough they have no idea about designs, they will stitch the dress according to their choice eventhough they had taken the measurement . They ruined my wedding dress completely and they shouted against us with n lot of lies. So if your planning to stitch any dress plz go somewhere else. Don't waste your time as well as your money.
