I recently had my HF DELUXE bike serviced and repaired at Anu Agencies, the official Hero Bikes service centre located at Market Yard Rd, Shaniwar Peth, Karad. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the quality of work was satisfactory. However, I did encounter some minor issues during my visit. There were occasional communication challenges, and I found the pricing to be slightly higher than expected. Despite these challenges, the water washing and paint-proofing services provided by Anu Agencies were exceptional, leaving my bike looking brand new. Overall, I would recommend Anu Agencies for bike servicing and repairs, with the caveat that customers should be aware of potential communication challenges and higher pricing. The staff is friendly and professional, and the quality of work is good.

very bad service by the servicing staff , I recently serviced by xpulse 200 4v , the mechanic sprayed all the chain lube into the rear disk brakes and now the rear brake is barely working , also he was clearly not at all trained to service this segment of bikes which was clearly seen throughout the service . It is very risky to ride a bike whose brakes wont work . very unhappy with the service

The people are waiting all the time but the workers. Not doing any actions. They are very lazy. My bad experience in any agencies.
