One of the best shop I went to in India. People here gave me knowledge about how the gemstone mining and manufacturing is done and I learned a lot later they took us in to their store which had some amazing jewelry!! I had purchased an emerald ring from them which i got at a reasonable price. I had also received a certificate with the ring which made me more confident about my purchase. Even their after sales service is impeccable. I had recently received a message asking that if I wanted any help regarding the jewellery i had purchased. I really appreciate it and would recommend everyone to visit the shop.

I will start by telling all customers who are planning to visit this store not to let you be fooled by their nice manner. We hope this story will provide you with good advice and think twice before buying something in this store. In March 2023, we were taken to that store on recommendation from our tour guide. We finally bought a Star Ruby which we paid almost 17,000 rupees which is approximately $210 USD. We were confident that we made a good deal as our tour guide told us that this was a store with a good reputation and very trustable. However, the person who showed the Star Ruby to my wife (the Ruby which was in the display counter) went into the back store when my wife had decided to buy it. Why did he go back into the back store when the one she wanted was the one in the display counter? After returning home, my wife had a doubt about her purchase at this store and she went to see a jeweler to evaluate the ruby. She was amazed, not to say frustrated, to find out that the ruby is cracked in 2 places and does not worth anything. The question is : ''why did the person who sold us the Star Ruby go into the back store'' Is it to exchange the ruby and give us scrap? We have sent 3 emails to this store hoping to get an explanation. To this date, we haven't received any response. A previous comment on their website also mentioned that they didn't receive any response to their email and strongly suggested to all tour guides not to take their client to that store and we fully agree with this comment.
