Rayala Techno Park - Is very well known for spacious and skilfully designed commercial office space. Big parking structure and 24x7 security service. Many big and small company already there. It's near to bus stand.

Excellent co-working space. Internet connectivity is not consistent sometimes. But cafeteria is closed by 7pm. Have to cross the road all the way down the building if you want to have something even a coffee/tea.
Parking is good. Cafeteria infrastructure is not good. Building maintenance is poor. (On dec'16 cyclone causes the building outer glasses damaged which was fixed by aug'17 only) 3 lifts are there but sometimes one of them is not working or under maintenance often.
Poor Security... From office parking they thieft 2 costly cycle,Many person loss there helmet in parking.. In cafeteria if it rains it LL get pour inside eating area.. If we complaint management won't look properly since it's prestigious matter for them..
This place is but a hotel - converted into a so-called 'techno park'. The main part of this techno-park is the Rayala hotel, still up front, with the IT building exactly behind it. This place has a very poor infrastructure for an information technology park or a hub this place claims itself to be with not more than 1 floor allocated for every company working on this building.
