Honest reviews Booking can be done on Karnataka tourism website it should cost 450 approx. Based on the climate & hot conditions better to start your trek from treking point is 9am. It's a 3-4hrs trek. Difficulty level 2.5/5 You can take you childrens as well. Nothing to worry. Guide will be provided for you. It's safe. You don't have food shops on top. Better carry some cucumbers & fruits with you. Note: Don't wear jeans. Get your proper grip shoes otherwise it's very difficult.
Unlike others treks nearby bangalore, this one gives you a unique chance to experience the caves. Though, the cave part is not soo long but the views around it make up for the rest.
Anthargange Viewpoint in Karnataka offers an awe-inspiring experience that is nothing short of breathtaking. Nestled amidst the rugged landscape, this viewpoint rewards adventures with panoramic vistas that stretch beyond the horizon. The trek leading up to the viewpoint is an adventure in itself, with its rocky terrain and intriguing cave formations adding an element of excitement. The tranquility of the surroundings and the feeling of being on top of the world make Anthargange viewpoint a perfect escape for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a moment of serenity away from the bustle of everyday life.
Antharagange cave and water used to be a free trekking spot but now requires registration on the government portal, along with a fee of 303 rupees per person. The trek starts off moderately challenging and gradually ascends, making it relatively easier compared to Savandurga. Wearing proper shoes and carrying enough water is essential. While prices at the top might be a bit higher, it's not as expensive as other places. A local guide will take you through two caves. The first cave involves a simple climb, but the second requires crawling through tight spaces, which may not be suitable for claustrophobic individuals. Afterward, there's a rock that you can climb for great photo opportunities, although it can be slightly risky. Be cautious, as the area is filled with rocks, and accidents can lead to serious injuries. The descent is much easier than the ascent. The guide may ask for a tip, though he's already being paid, so a nominal fee is sufficient. Overall, it's a great place for a day trip, with well-maintained routes leading to the area.
Place is actually a bummer We will be able to see from a height the whole city and highway from up there Best scene is at night
Awesome trekking! Don't miss the caves, please. Stay away from local people asking you for money. They will say it is closed and demand money. Just ignore them!

Old beautiful temple. Well maintained and clean. There are too many monkeys here. Just be aware of them. They snatch anything in your hands. Make sure all things are inside a bag or something. There is a person outside temple to look after your shoes
An awesome 1 day trek and beautiful scenery which is about 60 kms from central Bangalore. There is a Temple that you can visit or else, you can go trekking. Trekking needs to be registered by booking online. Sometimes if you are lucky, you can get en
