I was looking for a perfect place to practice yoga for quite long time. Finally I found this yoga coaching class. I really happy to started my yoga practice here. Yoga master Mr.Arun was wellversed in yoga practice. He teaches all the posture with perfect reason and how it will impact your body. Yoga really increase the flexibility in your body. I recommend this class to everyone. Truely good experience.

The place where I learnt, yoga is not just about the postures but more than that. I have got a wonderful teacher who guides us throughout the process and makes us believe in ourselves. I have being practicing yoga for 2 months now and will definitely improve and help us to achieve their respective goals. Glad to be a part in this, such a nice and kind person. He gives individual attention to everyone in corrections and in explaining asanas. The best part of this course is Digestive System detox. Would be good if we have daily classes

I would say, this is the best place to learn yoga. After my knee injury, I have very low confidence and worried a lot. Arun sir gave me so much confidence and motivated with lots of positive energy. He always insists one thing, not to rush for anything. We have more time and we can learn slowly which will give more flexible to our body , also this will help for long run in our life. He always explained about the benefits of each and every Asanas which will help to actually read our body. I can see huge improvements in my life style, physically and mentally we can get lot of positive energy. Yoga will make us feel young, peace, joy, happiness , focused , healthy long run life. I can tell to the people, just blindly join here and you will feel happy for your decision in end of the course. He also focused each and everyone in the class and understand the individual requirements . I'm also having little health problem. I started attending Yoga classes with Antaratma Yoga Mandiram for past three months. Mr. Arun Sir is a very knowledgeable, dedicated and experienced Yoga teacher. He's really passionate about teaching and showering his knowledge to each one seeking it. His classes are holistic with a combination of yoga, pranayama and meditation(Yoga Nidra) which are excellent for the body, mind, and soul.
