Visited the store for the first time and honestly had a wonderful experience From most polite staff to amazing design with the transparent gold rate and making charges Antara is one of the fine Jweller in the area if you stay near by our staying in suburbs and shopping for your big day our daily basis do visit the store prior to your purchase at some other jewellery shop
Antara is a relatively newer jewellery store in Borivali. The collection here is a mix of traditional and modern day styles, which is a total plus! The staff service is appreciative. Mr. Ramit assisted us during our visit. With some time he was able to recognise the style and preferences we wished to see. They seem to have the lowest gold rate around Diwali and the prices are also as per standard market prices. However, the prices are non-negotiable whatsoever.
Very much sales oriented staff. All they think about is closing the sale. They will only be nice to you if you have the correct budget to buy. I have been their customer since they first they opened up in borivali but during my second visit I had a short budget to which their staff called and informed the sales woman to not entertain us. The sales staff started off the conversation with "what's your budget?". That made me realise that the first time I bought 2 items with them...they gave us a good treatment however this time I didn't have good enough budget so they didn't want their staff who was sitting ideal on a Saturday evening to even show me a few designs. I solely walked into that store basis my first hand experience with their staff and not due to the quality of their gold. However they proved how shrewd and sales focused their team is.
We came to Borivali Antara and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Gemini. She showed a lot of designs and never forced us to buy anything. We didn't buy the items selected however she didn't question or pressurized us to buy anything which is something quite unique.
The collection of Antara Golds and Diamonds is amazing! Their designs are superb. Great staff and service, especially Ms. Jayshree. We had a wonderful experience.
Hello ! I'm happy to say that we had a good experience of buying at Antara Jewellery. We were attended by Ms. Jayshree. She was very nice to us and also she has shown every items and guide us for the same. I would also like to say that other staff members were also co-operative to us. Namely ; Mr. Jay, Manish & Dilip. Billing department people were also co-operative to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Mithilia customer rep did amazing job showcasing outstanding designs. She was very friendly to us. We came here for purchasing bangle but turned out to buy few more things
