It's been a 8 month journey for me with swati and it has undoubtedly been one of the best decisions I ever made. She has been a patient, yet u compromising teacher and guide, always available, always willing to be positive and always clear about the larger objective of the journey. It has been a mental and emotional experience for me as much as a change in the physical body, and I could not have done it without swati working with me every step of the way. Highly recommended.

This review is long pending and today I strongly felt called to write it. Today I completed 12 weeks of my health journey with Swati Dhariwal, the Nature Cure practitioner at Antahasatva, out of which 3 weeks were spent in person at her beautiful home and center. My heart is full of love and gratitude for everything and everyone that Antahasatva represents. I have a new lease on my health and life, thanks for this beautiful and wonderful journey. I have released around 22 kilos so far and gained back my life that had started to feel like a burden because of living in an unhealthy body. Words cannot describe how I feel in all my being. My Name is Janish and I am working as IT professional in Delhi/NCR. I am suffering from Diabetes which led to other complications like severe pain in legs, high blood pressure, high cholesterol apart from other high blood sugar related issues. I had consulted a lot of doctors which resulted in high doses of medicine but no considerable relief or improvement in health. Swati Dhariwal is a nature cure practitioner who helped me cure my diabetes through nature cure. The philosophy was to heal naturally through eating right and through life style changes. During my consulting session, she collected all information on me including my medication and sent me a holistic personalized chart which included my diet, exercise(yoga) routine and other change suggestion. She helped me cure and reverse my diabetes through life style changes and eating right. I had lost almost 10kg at the end of the 49 days, I run and walk around 12 km a day , I started looking and feeling much fitter than I ever was in the last 15 years. The energy level I have now is equivalent to what used to be during my 20's. . This is one beautiful journey and I am extremely happy I took it up. Thanks to Swati, I could stick to it!!!

Choosing to go to Kayakalp was one of the better decisions I have made. It gave me a new perspective to living my life in a healthy way adopting a natural lifestyle. My stay was relaxing, refreshing and being at home with friendly people made it more memorable. Food was always delicious and sumptuous, the schedule designed by Dr. Swati kept me always busy yet very relaxed. Swati is extremely knowledgable, patient and always ready to answer any of your questions. I have to also mention the yoga instructor who was patient and understanding of the limitations I came with. The helpers and assistants are equally friendly and always ready to help. I would highly recommend the place for anyone, I cannot wait to go back there again myself.

The one month stay in your house changed the way I think about Nature Cure. The idea of fruits and vegetables only regimen was unthinkable at first, but your guidance, encouragement and support during my challenging days made it possible to live only on raw foods. Am comfortable with raw, from the days of two meals a day and fruits-only breakfast, now have only one meal a day and then raw...feel light, happy and confident. Nowadays, I don't refer Google articles related to health, fitness etc, if unwell just go on fast and silence, it refreshes me physically and mentally. The greatest lesson in this life has been...Nature Cures...of course little sunlight and yoga too...thank you Swati for making me understand this .
