Very nice place ,have multiple facilities like gym ,club ,parks etc . Green area for morning walk. Strong security provide by builder

Worst services provided by these ansal people they have given the management of society to SEMS which is their own company and they do nothing for the maintenance... charging whooping amount daily either lift is not working, or there is water supply problem and today we are without electricity for more than 24 hours. Bloody frauds... irresponsible...... water logging everywhere if you try to go out of society by walking you can't, even cars cannot pass due to water logging. Don't purchase house here.

Poor service, always facing light and water issues. They charged for maintenance monthly but also demand 500/- rupees when they come for any maintenance.. quality of walls are horable..

Nothing is upto the mark 1 - Entry of the society is from wrong side, that too on highway. Very RISKY 2 - Security is as good as no Security, Nobody stops you at entry, outsiders on cars and bikes keeps roaming here and there. Guards are useless, they keep sitting, as if they are just for sitting 3 - Hygiene of society is going down - day by day ( Staying in Ansal for 5 years) 4 - Almost all VILLA are around 8 - 10 years old, Construction quality is very pathetic. 5 - Passage for VILLA is same - as for flats made for EWS ( economically weaker section) 6 - Maintainence for villa is too high ( around 4500 / month) 7 - SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT - Just adjacent to ansal , Foul smell with toxic fumes with air ( may be CARCINOGENIC )AIR POLLUTION 8 - RAILWAY track - adjacent to ansal Too much of NOISE POLLUTION 9 - Parks size looks fine in today's scenario Once Ansal will be fully occupied - parks will be over crowded ( per capita population is more , because of high rise buildings. 10 - No landlines for local communication , that's why security guards can't contact at the time of entry. 11 - Maintainence standards will go down further because many people are not paying Maintainence charges 12 - Security cannot be corrected because the common passage of ansal is connecting many other things 13 - Either you stay in 20 lacs flat or 80 lacs villa , facilities remains the same , means - why should anybody be paying 4 times for the same facilities 14 - If anybody in doubt, just come once and see 15 - Have a look at pics of Raining season Water lodgement
