One of fraudest Company Of India.They try to Deliver there Invisible Flats, Villa, and Plot in major city of India. Under Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojan They allotted me a flat in k tower on 2012 . Till Now they unable show me that flat and asking me for deposit 2.5 Lakh Rs. When i will ask for my deposit of 25000 this they taken before lottery as refundable amount then one person who is sitting in Ansal Api office send me phone and ask me to talk about refund when I called them, he send another number consecutive they send me 10 nos of different people. Office stuff and sales person never entertain you if you call them 100 times, they delicately not picked your phone- 100 time in one day. after along time i forget my amount and save 2.5 lakh . But 2 days before they again call me for same flat and told me that we unable to build that tower due to Corona then i will relies the foresight of ANSAL API that they know about CORONA In 2012. But I will Get 2 Phone no. one of Surbhi and another Frane Shaikh still they delicately no picking calls . They Clearly Told me that we will provide Flat in another location.

Builder was looking fair dealing but now it seems that he is cheating peoples by showing false project. People who earlier booked The property long before are not getting after 7years waiting, some where the project is still not started. More than 30% are willing to withdraw money.

One of most pathetic builders . They just keep making false promise. The moment you interact with their staff for the project you have already booked , without giving convincing response to the pending project they will keep offering you to invest in another project of theirs. Fraud construction company. They should be booked for their nonsense. Poor customer service. About their staff in the main office, the only thing they chat amongst themselves is about "sir/madam "iss weekend party kaha chalna hai"...Without realising the customer is sitting in front of them and expecting some kind of response n not their awful talks. Anyways it starts with hierarchy..Jaisa boss waise staff...Careless and irresponsible.

Ansal API is a big cheater. I have. Applied and got registration and get agreement executed for a 2 BHK flat in July 2013 , paid RS. 815040/- up to April 2014 approximately 30% of total cost . They did not get excavation work done till Nov.2017 , then I asked my money back with interest. They again promised to pay Principal money Rs. 815040/- in two installments one in July 2017 and 2nd in August 2017. They given me a Cheque for Rs. 407520/- in August 2017 which was dishonored by his banker PNB on 1st Sept 2017. I told the story and asked for RTGS payment otherwise FIR, they paid this amount thr. RTGS on 1st Sept. 2017. After that they did not pay 2nd installment of Principal money Rs. 407520/ - till this date of 8th July 2019 and nor any interest . So Ansal API is a big cheater and a fraud co. I requested C.M. U. P. for lodging criminal case against them.

Fraud company. .naming employees like utkarsh singh. Biggest liar and cheater. They are not less than any other scam involved. Will post them on linkedin about their lies

Office is good but nobody here for consult. Such is a bad experiences having for Middle or Low class society. Sorry to write this.
