ANP Nursing Home - Hospital in Poochiyur - Coimbatore, India

Kudos to a well deserved team Recently I had to undergo an urgent treatment and was taken to ANP Nursing Home on account of its proximity to my place of living and the tie up our Senior Citizen Foundation has with the hospital. My experience was very pleasant and satisfying. I would like to share some of my views for the benefit of others. My sincere appreciation to Dr. K. Arul and his team for creating a unit type multi-speciality hospital with minimum & essential infrastructure to serve local rural / semi urban population very effectively and efficiently instead of choosing to join the corporate health care bandwagon which often gets side tracked into commercialization, loosing the importance on real purpose. The amount of patients getting treated in this nursing home every day is certainly a good proof that grand scale facilities, posh appearances, star ratings, catchy advertisements and unknown promises are not really needed if your intentions are sincere and every approach is human. I found patient - doctor interactions were very pleasant and satisfying. All patients and their attendants were treated with great warmth by all, be it Dr. Arul, duty doctors, nursing supervisor, nurses, technicians, lab assistance or cleaning ladies. It really matters when the patients and attendants are in a state of high stress caused by illness and its associated problems. Strict, sterile and silent atmosphere with poor or no communication will only add fear in the minds of patients lowering much needed positive energy. Taking the patients to comfort zone by making them to understand the illness and its treatment is an art. Knowing this very well, Dr. Arul and his team are certainly following their institutional motto in true sense. Seeing all smiling and caring faces through out my stay was very relaxing. The speed at which the front desk staff react for any incoming emergency, including mine, was commendable. Use of digital technology in emergency room operations for getting instant review of test reports, X rays, scans, patient physical appearance, etc by specialists remotely to get instructions, irrespective of the time of the day, for commencing treatments certainly helps in saving the golden hour. The efforts put in by duty doctors, nurses, technicians, Dr. Arul and other specialists certainly deserve very high credit. Lastly the working of billing and insurance desk of the hospital was very efficient and helpful. For the first time I got an insurance claim processed without much effort and mental torture. I recently had the privilege of being admitted to ANP Nursing home and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Arul, Dr.Nallichandra and Dr.Prarthana were outstanding physicians, displaying not only a high level of medical expertise but also genuine compassion. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan thoroughly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. It's truly commendable to have a doctor who is so dedicated to their patients that they make rounds even at midnight even when he was unwell. This level of commitment and care shows not only their professionalism but also their genuine concern for their patients' well- being. Having such a dedicated doctor can make a significant difference in a patient's recovery and overall experience at the hospital. The NS Mrs.Vasantha, Nursing staffs Priya, Chitra, Valli and the nursing students Surya,Rithika,Hema,Selvapriya & others deserve a special praise as well. All the nurses were incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Their positive demeanor and unwavering support made a significant difference in my recovery journey and made me feel at home. My overall experience at this hospital exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you, Dr. Arul and the entire staff for making a challenging time more manageable and providing me with the best care possible.

Dr Arul and Dr Nallichandra are very very good at treating patients. The rooms are clean and the accuracy of the lab reports are very good..... But where else all these good will of the hospital will decrease because of the nurses in the hospital.... The nurses are very careless and playful and are not responsible in their duties ... i personally experienced where they wrote down op id wrongly.... I'm asking sorry for this review because I like this hospital and both the doctors.

Got admitted in the nursing home for abdominal pain for 2 days. Doctors are very gentle, spend enough time in explaning the medical condition and answered our questions patiently. They diagnosed the medical condition quickly and started treatment on time. Staffs are very kind, polite and professional. They have taken a very good care. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilets and rooms are cleaned regularly.

Good hospital to understand the patients needs, Doctor also take care our needs and entire nurses associated all are given good respect to the patients. I wish to get more successful journey for upcoming days.

Yesterday was really an awesome day. I just discharged my mum from the hospital Yesterday and we really got an excellent services from the nurses and doctor. They really cared my mother like their own mother without getting annoyed and most *kind* . They were like so sweet to us and checked on us every time we need something. Received my second dose of Covishield vaccination here. It was so smooth process. It took just 30 mins. There was no crowd. I am very thankful to ANP nursing home for providing a quick, safe and easy vaccination. It costed Rs 780.

Madam is one of the best doctors we met .Services provided by hospital is extremely good .Nurses and staff are very kind and supportive. Highly recommend hospitals for pregnancy and delivery .
