I visited Anoop's Dental Care today to address my broken denture. My initial purpose was to inquire whether it could be fixed or if I needed to order a new one. However, I was somewhat surprised when they asked for a consultation fee of Rs 500 just to assess the feasibility of the repair. It's common for dental clinics to provide initial assessments without charging a consultation fee, especially when the inquiry is as straightforward as determining if a job can be done. It would be more customer-friendly if Anoop's Dental Care offered such a service without charging a fee for basic inquiries like this. This could enhance the overall patient experience.
