It's a premium category UNISEX GYM in the Vaikom town. It's located above the Royal Bajaj bike showroom and near the canara bank Vaikom. The trainer was very friendly. The owner of the Gym ; Anoop Raju was MR. ASIA 2014 MR INDIA 6 TIMES 2004 2006 2007 2011 20132014 The Gym Timing slots are available from mng 5AM TO 10PM Both Ladies and Gents can do workout during this time. Special Slot for Ladies only will be available from 10AM-12PM Joining fee will be Rs. 1500 and monthly 1000 for cardio (those who required treadmill, cycle etc.). Fees for Normal workout is Rs.500 monthly. The gym has two trainers also... Dithu baby is the youngest trainer here.. He's Mr. Kottayam. He's very supportive and motivating...
