Highly unprofessional. I went there for my kid's hair cut with a prior appointment of 15-20 mins later than the call. When I reached the salon after half an hour I came to know that no one was informed about the same and I had to wait for 10-15 mins which was later extended to 35 mins.
I had a very nice experience with this salon. First I must say, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming which is something I Pay close attention to. They were able to accommodate me and give me the same-day service without an appointment. The guy who cut my haircut and my makeup was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I visited the salon twice during my visit to Benaras. I had a facial, pedicure, hair blowout done. The staff was so polite and extremely professional. I can't recall all the names of the staff but special thanks to gulshan, aradhana, viswas/Vishal (he did my hair, amazing hair stylist). My facial was probably the best I've ever had. They totally made me fool after haircut .initially they will explain about price but at the end they add extra high charges that is totally unethical ..pls don't go there for haircut
