Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff.. Thank you BUNTY for taking special care of us and making us feel at home. Rooms were clean, food was good , overall people were the best. Loved the breakfast. Hopefully we will be coming back soon next time with friends and family. Once again thank you so much for your excellent service.

I recently got the pleasure to stay at your establishment for two days. Overall, my experience was fairly excellent, with praiseworthy qualities such as well-kept rooms, clean restrooms, and a location that provides privacy and comfort. However, I'd like to provide some constructive suggestions that I believe could improve the overall guest experience and help to your hotel's growth and success. Firstly, I observed that the pricing for certain items in your hotel's menu seemed considerably high. Specifically, a 200 rupee charge for a simple omelette and 150 rupees for two slices of bread appeared to be quite steep. Additionally, a charge of 40 rupees for a water bottle was unexpected. While I understand that hotels charge for food and beverages, it is common practice for water to be provided to guests free of charge in most hotels. A more competitive pricing strategy for food items and complimentary water may be worth considering. Another aspect of my stay that may have been better was the communication from the hotel employees. When my companions and I inquired about the availability of your kitchen late at night, we were told that it was closed. We were, however, directed to order from Swiggy or Zomato, which we did. Following that, at 12:30 a.m., the hotel personnel contacted us, especially to inform us that the delivery person's shoes were dirty. While we appreciate the hotel's cleanliness, this call seemed unnecessary and raised concerns about its relevancy. It is advisable to maintain a focus on essential guest communication and avoid contacting guests late at night for non-urgent matters. Furthermore, when we ordered breakfast, we received the wrong products. Although we adjusted to the circumstances, this occurrence revealed a need for improvement in order accuracy and quality control in the kitchen. On a more positive side, I'd like to thank you for being so accommodating with our check-out time. Due to a delayed flight, we needed an extension until 2:00 p.m., and your willingness to accommodate this request was highly appreciated. I understand that your establishment may still be relatively new in the hospitality business, and I offer this feedback with the intention of assisting your growth and development. I believe that by addressing these areas, you can further enhance the guest experience and establish a solid reputation in the industry. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions.
