Ann's Residency - Home Stay in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

The rooms were dingy. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Except for the garden outside, this place is not worth the money. Breakfast could have been better. The hosts were polite and helpful. We would rather prefer to stay in a hotel where they have room services. I would not recommend this option to anyone.

Place is very cozy and homey. The business is family owned. Ann and her kids are very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is cooked by Ann. Rooms are clean but make sure to ask for mosquito repellent.

Only good remarks can be offered from our stay at this family-run and splendid guest house in Kochi. The location is excellent and the venue well tended for comfort and pleasure for relaxed, homey sojourns. The distance to the new and posh Kochi airport is unfortunate, but once you get to Ann's Residency, you'll find true South Indian peace of mind and soul. We call this five-star for sure.

The hosts are a very friendly, hospitable family. The estate is quaint and beautiful. What i did not like is that there is only western breakfast what is a shame in South India.

Stayed here for a night, nice rooms , beds can be improved. Owner is friendly and agreed to provide breakfast earlier than usual. Near by all view points.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and incredible restaurant. We enjoyed the bstay so much - we cannot recommend enough. Location is absolutely perfect also.

The location is right at the beach front, the rooms are clean and airy and the service is top notch. The host is lovely but it is a bit pricey for the amenities on offer.
