They don't even have a card machine even when their products are highly priced. The staff were not effective too. I was aghast that Covid-19 protocol not being followed and those without masks were present in the bakery. This branch really needs to improve compared to Anns reputation across Kerala.

Poor customer service at Pattanamthitta. Disappointing experience during my recent visit... Will never visit them again. Am a regular at Thiruvalla and Changanasherry Anns and loved the professional services.
