The quality of the food is very poor, The price is high. Last time I tried pineapple juice from there, the price for the juice was 85, the juice was the same as water, just a sour taste only.

Not economical samosa served here is like a miniature to actual samosa served outside. Tea is flavour less. Dont waste money here. Only positive thing i would like to say is ambience.

I visited this cafe today (10/09/2023) & i ordered egg puffs & coffee, one of the worst puffs i ever ated its masala was too bad, i vomited 2,3 times & the coffee's taste was sick. The main thing is they didnt clean the table, i already told 2,3 times to clean, but they didnt cleaned it. Worst experience ever.

Had ordered cakes by post to Bangalore. By par excellence, the best I have tasted. Highly recommended for those who are particular about quality. Please keep it up.

Veg puffs- 20 Samosa Veg - 20 Samosa Meat - 27 The maida they mix it with a lot of dalda or low quality ghee like substance. Samosa is litrally 6 Cms short. Tastes like someone amature is made. Wont go here again. Waste of money. Really...!!!

I visited the shop on a non busy time and still there was a big lag. The order was taken only after I waited for some time. The billing section also had a big wait. The food items available here is quality oriented even though expensive. But the service side gave me very dissatisfying experience.

The place is a shadow of what it claims. The bread of burger and chicken roll is dry and never served hot, makes it harder. Bun is soggy with diluted Mayo and stale cabbage. If heated patte should taste better, since it has more meat than potato. The bun quality doesn't do justice to the patte

Anns Bakery is one of the best bakerys in Pala. It's located inside the Santhome shopping complex , opposite to kottaramattom private bus stand. They have really good home made cookies and cakes. And also a large selection of sweets and chocolates. The service is good. We can also eat there, they have shakes and a few good snacks,. However the place can be quite costly.
