This is the only good Bengali restaurant in Vellore City. Here you can eat as much as you like in a fixed amount. But that is for rice, vegetables and daal. Separate prices are fixed for fish and meat (chicken/chicken). It is not unlimited. Luchi and Chantni will accompany everything. Beef is not available here. But available in other restaurants but the taste is not very good.

Average Bengali food with casual taste, nothing special at all. Located somewhat near Saidapet Auto Stand, 400+ metres from CMC Main Gate. This can be quickly identified as Loknath Seva Niketan, has average Bengali food, somewhat unhygienic and average service. Not having a great sense of Bengali cooking to be honest, but manageable and yeah pocket friendly. Only striving because many Bengalis, coming for treatment in CMC Vellore are somewhat reluctantly forced due to cravings for standard Bengali food. Also another factor pushing the footfalls - extreme mad rush of Bangladeshi patients who flock in numbers throughout the year and stay there covering on an average 2-3 time meals a day !!! P.S. The owners are from Medinipur, West Bengal. Note - Some restaurants, also there, near CMC Vellore claiming to cater authentic Bengali food, mostly with misleading Bengali names & surnames (only to deceive people) in and around Gandhi Road & Beripatti Babu Rao Street.

In the list, they have mentioned that the price of '2 laccha paratha + Shobji' is 30. And '4 ruti + Shobji' is 30. We ordered for 2 set of '4 ruti + Shobji' and 1 set of '2 laccha paratha + Shobji' and also 1 litre bottle of Bisleri water. So we had to pay 90+20 that means 110 rupees but they asked us to give 130 and even they argued with us that they gave the egg omelette. We had ordered the egg omelette at the same time when we sat on the table. But even after finishing our meal, they didn't give us omelette whatever they were asking for the charge of egg omelette by saying that we got the egg omelette and finished it. It was just disgusting. They had only a single waiter. When we ordered, he was just following another customer to get tips. So he didn't provide any importance to our order. It was a really horrible experience. I will never recommend it. Thank you

It's Bengali Hotel.In Vellore Saydapet Auto stand. Staff behaviour are friendly. All food are available. Rich,fish,chicken, all Kind of vegetables. Vegetables and rice plat- only 50 tk.

Here you can get Home quality great bengali food for launch and dinner . Also can get various tiffin and sweet items here. This resturant in just in the market area and 3 to 4 mins of walking distance from cmc . For veg thali it costs only Rs 50 while you can add extra items like fish, chicken. Mutton, egg etc. For fish it has various sub items from small to big fishes.As usual it being a meal thali, Rice and sabji(veg) are unlimited. At dinner hand made roti costs rs 3 per price while these Roti's can accompany with matar panter or chana. In case for take away, you have to issue a coupon and collect your meal parcel from their serving counter.
