The waiters were damn confused they messed up our order so bad that it was not even humanly possible. We were given different type of Dal instead of the one we asked and also they somehow gave us plain rice instead of Veg Pulao. Also this place has the worst cold coffee you can ever imagine, it's so bad that you can feel the coffee powder killing your taste bud cells. After they fixed our order of veg Pulao, I could taste the uncooked turmeric in it. Also the waiters don't know how to count. We asked for 2 chai and 3 cold coffees and the waiter bought us 3 chai and 2 cold coffee. Like how the hell can you be so bad at your job. It all happened at 9 PM and they said that it's the night chef's fault. Google doesn't have a zero star option so 1 is all I have got.
The taste is awesome and service delivery is very very fast.There is an artistry in the preparation of food. Some food can be prepared to be delicious, while another recipe can make a dish that is repugnant. Whether the food is a gourmet meal, a chocolate chip cookie or a hamburger, the recipe can make it a hit or a miss. But note that taste of the food is not the quality of the food. I order 2 combo packs within 2 mins it will be ready on my table.
I wish there was an option for a Zero Star Rating. Pathetic Food, Overly Priced, Waiters just don't know what they're doing. We started seeing their signboards from about 10 kms on our way back to Chandigarh. Firstly, Air Conditioners weren't working, even the fans were hardly spinning. They had the generator running and it was like 2 tables with customers, then more customers came and they turned off the generator as electricity came back on. We literally had to get up while eating to get some attention and got a stupid reply by two different managers. One said, it's something to do with the voltage and the second manager said, we have only 4 air conditioners, that's the issue. Now looking at the problem, may it be any of the above, it's the owner's responsibility to manage all this. We even asked for the complaint book, we were refused for the same. Then we asked for the owner's contact information, the manager said, owner is in J&K currently, then we were given a wrong number. Somehow we managed to get owner's correct contact number which was apparently not answered. There were other customers facing same issues, few even left without ordering any food. This whole scene was 100% Unacceptable. Waste of Money, Waste of Time, Waste of Energy. Shame on you guys
Place and ambience is good. Service is also nice. Food is tasty. Wash rooms are super clean. You can enjoy your food with family.
Their service is too slow, took 1 hour to serve first order. Food preparation is below average.
