Annappa swamy punjuruli temple is situated in Annappa Betta. More than 200 steps should be climbed to visit this temple. Not to mention, only men are allowed to this place. We were informed that the daily pooja of Annappa Swamy happens everyday between 4:30am to 5am, after which the main shrine would be closed for rest of the day.
Hill of Annappa Betta which is also known as Badinede Betta; this shrine is dedicated to Shri Annappa swamy and is home to the shrines of the four Dharma Daivas.
